Consultation

Consultation hours: every Monday between 4 pm and 7 pm (except on national holidays)

How does the consultation process usually work?

• We open our office at Eisenbahnstraße 113 at 4 pm.
• It can get crowded, so please be patient and prepared for a wait. You are welcome to wait in our lounge, where we offer light snacks and drinks.
• When it is your turn, you will have a private counseling session in a separate room.
• Please remember to bring all relevant letters and documents (especially “Bescheide” and your ID/residence card). It is better to bring too much than too little so we can provide the best possible support and have all the information we need to help you.
• We will assist you with your questions and problems, make copies, write letters, fill out applications with you, and prepare everything so that you only need to send it via post, email, or an online portal.
• We close at 7 pm, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure we have enough time to help you.
• On busy days we unfortunately can’t guarantee to have enough time for everyone, so rarely we have to turn people away.
